Sara & Beth Gifts and Home is a charming neighborhood boutique nestled in Historic Downtown Georgetown. We are located at 606C Front Street, just across from the George Hotel and down the corridor—look for a sandwich board and follow the flowers!

Step inside, and a few words immediately come to mind: beautiful, elegant, and impeccably curated.

A little background—before starting this venture, Beth Ness owned The Added Touch, a beloved women’s boutique on Front Street. Eventually, she stepped away to focus on raising her children and assisting her husband, Phillip Ness, at his pharmacy. If you’re a local, chances are you already know the Ness family—Beth is a true Georgetown native.

But style and creativity never fade. The space where the boutique now thrives once housed diabetic shoes and medical supplies, but as changes in Medicare and insurance grew increasingly frustrating, Beth saw an opportunity. Inspired to transform the space, she brought her vision to life—and Sara & Beth Gifts and Home was born.

After years of running the pharmacy together, Beth and Phillip Ness decided it was time for a new adventure. They sold the pharmacy and poured their passion into creating something fresh and exciting—Sara & Beth Gifts and Home. Chic, colorful, and thoughtfully designed, the shop is a true reflection of their impeccable taste.

In 2024, Sara officially rejoined the team full-time, bringing her own eye for style and enthusiasm for curating the perfect gifts and décor. Now, Sara and Beth travel to market each season, handpicking unique pieces to keep the selection fresh and inspiring.
